Your scrapbook supplies are shipped next business day after order is placed.  They are carefully packed using quality boxes and other materials to help insure their safe arrival to your home. 

S & H is only $5.99 to every state in the U.S.  Different amounts are added to that total for shipments outside the U.S.

Orders that reach $50 dollars before taxes and shipping charges will get FREE SHIPPING to the U.S..

We follow the law and charge sales tax to all orders that are shipped to Florida.  While many may think sales tax in Florida is 6% that is not always the case.  Some counties in Florida charge as much as 8%.  

We are pleased to say that we now ship to Canada!  Because of the increased price of shipping outside of the United States shipping will be flat $10.99 USD for all orders that go to Canada.  .!!!1010For  

Returns:

We take care to accurately describe our items. 

We also ship them very carefully to protect them as best as humanly possible.

If you feel we did not do so follow these steps,

1) make a claim by sending us an email with a photo, what went wrong, and your name and address

2) wait for a quick reply from us

3) send the item back

If a claim is made within 2 weeks of delivery date you get a refund, within 4 weeks store credit.  Refund amount will be: (cost of damaged item - shipping+handling.)

Items that have been damaged by you (cut, stepped on, etcetera) are not returnable, or refundable.
